It was difficult believing God had the power to take my paralyzing fearful self, and that He loves me enough to do it. “Here, take it”, I murmured. I tried it out. I gave God my fear. Peace and joy rushed in. It happened so fast, like the rushing wind. What followed was something I never knew existed. My statement, “Here take it”, dissolved the dreadful fear and left me on a high of highs. It was bliss. It was simple. It was love. “Could life be this easy?” Yes, it was truly easy loving God the most, having felt His power and mercy. I knew with certainty, “There is a God!”
