What’s Included in Your Author Experience:

One-Hour Book Signing Session: Take center stage at the Author Solutions booth with your own dedicated 60-minute book signing. Sessions are scheduled on Saturday and Sunday, giving you the perfect opportunity to interact directly with weekend attendees, sign books, and build your reader base.
40 Complimentary Softcover Copies: Receive 40 softcover copies of your book to sign and give away to enthusiastic readers. Leave a memorable impression while building buzz around your work.
Custom Promotional Materials: Boost your visibility with 40 branded bookmarks to hand out to readers and a custom poster displayed during your signing session.
Display in the Author Solutions Bookstore Gallery: Four softcover copies of your book will be on display and available for purchase in the Author Solutions Bookstore Gallery.
Spot in the Digital Book Catalog: Your book will be featured in the Author Solutions Digital Book Catalog, including your cover image, description, and a direct purchase link. Festival attendees can easily access the catalog via QR codes posted throughout the gallery.
Two Passes to the Miami Book Fair: Entry passes will also grant you access to the festival’s official programs and events on the day of your book signing with Author Solutions.

Please Note:

Availability Requirement: To be eligible for this service, your book must be live and currently available for purchase before signing up. No exceptions.
Books in Resubmission: If your book is currently undergoing resubmission, we cannot guarantee that the updated version will be available in time for the event; the previously live version of your title may be used instead.
Catalog Descriptions: Your digital catalog description will be adapted directly from your book’s current description in our bookstore.
Travel & Expenses: Authors are solely responsible for their own travel arrangements, accommodations, and expenses.
Event Logistics: This event is held outdoors, rain or shine. Please check the weather forecast to plan accordingly, as no refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
Author Limit: Only one author is allowed per book signing session.
Book Inventory: You are not permitted to bring personal or additional copies of your book to sign beyond the 40 copies provided by us. You may keep any leftover copies remaining after your session, but these remaining copies cannot be sold at the fair.
Booth Location: The Miami Book Fair conducts its own independent author book signings in a separate, larger space. Your signing session will be hosted exclusively at the Author Solutions booth.
