The Greatest Journey I am on the greatest journey That man can go through It’s the journey that begins When he is called by You The journey’s never ending There is more to be had It’s the experiences of life Whether good or bad Times of joy times of toil Times of hurt and pain My need for You grows stronger It never remains the same My need is to have all of You My heart shouts for more Your mysteries vanish by asking Or knocking at your door All I have is worthless There is nothing I can do My life is incomplete unless it’s lived for you So, I continue on this journey It’s what I have to do So, I follow my heart on its journey My pursuit of You Thank You Jesus

About the Book
This book the poems and things I have written are coming from a man who knew of God and about God. To falling in love with Him. I have told people there are two kinds of poems. The deciding factor is the audience. He is or Thou Art! Needless to say, most of what you will read is me speaking to God.
About the Author
He had a life changing experience in 1973 at age 13 that took away his filter. The filter that gave him choice of action and what came out of his mouth. He became disruptive at home and in school. Although the scars of his accident were no longer visible, the issues the accident caused remained. Disruptive, lack of focus and inability to control himself was too much for others to deal with. He, quit school and left home at 15. He survived anyway he could. Then he had another life changing experience in 2005 at 45 years of age. His brother received a phone call from a Hospital in Lynchburg, Virginia. He was asked to come and make a decision about unplugging Peter from life support Peter had a full blockage and coded. He appeared as the doctors said brain damaged, the outlook was he would be under nursing care for the rest of his life. He is 66 now and says the last 20 years have been the best years of his life and gives God the credit.
