About the Book

Many of these poems were written in a time of the author’s life when she was going through insurmountable hard test trials and tribulations. She says that in many of these moments God compelled her and she then decided to turn some of his words into poetic form. She relays to us that quite a number of her writings are truly inspired by God. She reveals to us that it was in these very moments that it was only God her trust in God that helped her to overcome the Tsunami’s that life had presented to her. She humbly prays that some of the poems encourage you as they did for her, in her time of need.

About the Author

Award Winning Poet – Inez Johnson Inez Johnson, best known since 1998 when she was honored with the “editor’s choice award” from the National Library of Poetry for her inspiring poem “Strive To Be Best”. The poem is featured in two anthologies. “Winds of freedom’ and “A celebration of poets.” This recognition paved a powerful moment in her life as a poet and writer.
