About the Book
Tessa Joy is a sweet, bubbly girl who loves to use her imagination, with help from her best friend, Kimmy, to pretend that she is a beautiful princess. She spends many days dreaming of faraway places and a handsome prince who will rescue her and all the other princesses from a scary dragon and locked towers. But when a fancy new friend moves into the neighborhood, everything suddenly changes. After Lia bossily tells the girls that not everyone can become a princess, Tessa and Kimmy struggle with her abrupt and seemingly unkind nature. But when Tessa’s Mimi reads a Bible passage to her later that night, Tessa is able to see and understand the reason for the sadness in Lia’s heart and plans a special day where she can introduce her new friend to Jesus’s unconditional love. In this inspirational story, a little girl with a big imagination helps her new friend find her identity in Christ and become one of many princesses in His kingdom.
About the Author
Teresa Love is an experienced early childhood educator, ordained minister, and a veteran in children’s ministry who holds a bachelor’s degree in Christian counseling. She finds great joy in revealing God's truth to young minds in a creative way. Teresa is the proud mother of three wonderful children and two amazing grandsons. Tessa Joy’s I’m a Princess is her second book.
