About the Book

By taking a word out of every verse of a chapter of the Bible and hiding it in a word search, the object was to stimulate interest in reading the entire chapter and reading it well enough to obtain the word they need in order to know what word to find in the word search puzzle. These word searches can be enjoyed by anyone who has the ability to read and is not just limited to the youth. It is an enjoyable way to read through the Scriptures. It is done using the NIV Bible. That was the version used in our Bible Bowl gatherings.

About the Author

This project began when working with the youth of our congregation who were preparing for a Bible Bowl competition. Having compiled several of these scattered throughout the Scriptures, I set out to make available the entire Bible in this format.
