The apostle John was invited into heaven to be the proxy by which we were given privileged access into Heaven’s Situation Room, and there we saw the Lamb of God receive a scroll from the Father’s hand. The scroll has writing on the outside which may well read, “The Title Deed of the Earth;” however, what’s written inside the scroll was not revealed until Jesus began to open its seven seals and unfold the Father’s Strategic Plan to give Jesus Christ nations for His inheritance and the earth for His possession. Believers are combatants in a great spiritual war, and the Seals are like a map of the battlefield; for they give us insight for the scope of the battle, the weapons, tactics, and tools of our spiritual adversary, and where he has positioned his resources. The Seals began in the first century when the spirit of antichrist was already at work to bring persecution from without and to corrupt the life and teaching of the church from within; however, the Seals will continue to increase in magnitude and intensity until they reach their greatest ferocity immediately prior to the return of Christ. However, the Trumpets are the main component of the plan; for they reveal how Jesus will reach the nations of the world and build His church. Throughout the Bible the trumpet represents the prophetic voice proclaiming the word of the Lord; and John heard the voice of Jesus Christ like a loud trumpet and He was saying something. Like a siren, the Trumpets are not the calamity which follows their prophetic sound; they are mercy before judgment, salvation before tribulation, and a warning meant to save life. The Trumpets are the gospel sound being trumpeted in the earth and they began on the Day of Pentecost when the disciples heard a sound from heaven; but they will not end until the days of the sounding of the seventh trumpet when the testimony of the church will come to a close. The Trumpets have signaled significant events on God’s prophetic calendar; and they are the prophetic voice of Jesus speaking from heaven to build, revive, reform, restore, and awaken His church to arise and shine. But the Bowls do not occur until the very end of the age when ten nations will unite into a beastly kingdom and the Antichrist is revealed; and we know this because the first bowl is poured out on those who have the mark of the beast and worship his image. We may not have a clear picture of the Bowls until the plan is nearly complete; for now, we see dimly as through an opaque widow. However, at the very end of the age a beastly antichrist kingdom will arise and unify nations into a world power; and that kingdom will exhaust the mercy and longsuffering of God. The bowls of wrath will be poured out on the Antichrist, his government, and all who follow him; and they reveal how Jesus will begin to make the kingdoms of this world become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ before He returns to take possession of the earth. There are seven Seals, seven Trumpets, and seven Bowls, and when they all culminate at the end of the age the Father’s Strategic Plan will be fully achieved (777); and then we will have a clear revelation of Jesus Christ coming in all His glory. Like an American President would only have his most trusted advisers in the White House Situation Room as they plan and carry out one of the most confidential and consequential operations for the United States of America; you too have been given privileged access to see the Father’s Strategic Plan unfold from start to finish. The angel Gabriel told Daniel to shut up the words and seal his prophecies until the time of the end (Dainiel 12:4); but the victorious Lamb of God opened the Seals to reveal the Father’s Strategic Plan to reach the nations of the world and save an innumerable number of people who will share His inheritance. At least six Trumpets have signaled significant times and seasons of revival, reformation, restoration, and awakening on God’s prophetic calendar; and the days of the sounding of the seventh may have already begun. And though judgment must begin at the house of God; the people and leaders of the church who can perceive what the Spirit is saying are echoing the message of heaven saying, “Fear God and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judgment has come; and worship Him who made heaven and earth, the sea and springs of water (Revelation 14:7).” The Bowls of Wrath are nearly full, but just as the longsuffering of God waited for Noah to finish building the ark; Father God is waiting for Jesus to finish the testimony of the church and secure His family safely in Christ, the Ark of God’s covenant. And with hindsight as 20/20; this book is designed to help every believer recognize that we live in the most consequential time in the history of the world.
