About the Book
Rooted & Becoming is a trauma-informed, faith-integrated workbook designed to help readers explore identity, healing, and spiritual growth through both clinical insight and reflective practice. Blending principles from counseling psychology, attachment theory, nervous system regulation, and Christian spiritual formation, this resource invites readers to deepen self-awareness while remaining grounded in their faith. Through guided worksheets, values assessments, somatic reflection exercises, and thoughtful integration of Scripture, readers are encouraged to examine their stories, strengthen emotional regulation skills, establish healthy boundaries, and clarify their God-given purpose. Each chapter builds intentionally toward living a life that is both rooted in truth and actively becoming more aligned with one’s values and calling. Whether used independently, in a counseling setting, or within small groups, Rooted & Becoming offers practical tools and compassionate guidance for those seeking healing, resilience, and a more congruent identity in Christ.
