About the Book

Jess has composed this book (The Buzz in the Bee) after a song that she wrote with the same name, and wonderfully offers a free download of her song with the book. The book represents the promise of how God will never leave us nor forsake us, and always loves us, no matter what circumstances that life brings. Jess has creatively used a bee, that is mentioned in the chorus part of the song, to guide the reader through a journey of lyrics that are matched with life and biblical event images. Jess’s words are one borne out of her life and faith. She has also included a parental reference guide at the end of the book that adjoin Biblical verses to her lyrics, all with the intent of bringing the reader into a deeper understanding of God’s love for us. Jess’s prayer is for the reader to experience God expressing himself through His creation all around us, and match it to the beauty of scripture and its main theme, Jesus, the Christ, the Son of the living God. The Buzz in the Bee is tailored towards children, but has profoundly impacted adults through its message.

About the Author

Jess has been singing, composing and writing songs since she was a child. She has two Christian music albums released (All My Days, Hallelujah, and, Promised Messiah), with more in the works, along with her first book release based upon her single, ‘The Buzz in the Bee’. Jess is married to her dear husband Rich, of whom they have three precious children together. The following encapsulates Jess: Hi there! My name is Jess, and I am married to the love of my life, Rich, of whom we have had three beautiful children (gifts) together, Grace, Elijah and Luke. I love singing, writing songs and books all about JESUS! Any gifts He has given me, I use them for His glory and praise. I'm an imperfect person who desperately needs and seeks the wisdom and direction of the Perfect One who loves me, and who loves you too. I pray that you will be blessed reading this book ‘The Buzz in the Bee’, and the song that comes with it, and are lead to give praise with me to Him who is worthy, Jesus the Christ, the Son of the living God, the Savior of the world, my Savior. Psalms 145:1-3 says, “I will extol thee, my God, O King; And I will bless thy name for ever and ever. Every day will I bless thee; And I will praise thy name for ever and ever. Great is Jehovah, and greatly to be praised;” God’s Love for the whole world, as accomplished through His precious Son Jesus’s miraculous birth, wondrous work on the cross, and magnificent resurrection, has made available payment of all our sin debt and sets us free from the bondage of it , and even more, to commune with the one and only living God forever. We need only ask Him to forgive us of our sin and be Lord of our life. His perfect and Holy Word is truth, and all of His promises therein are true. We simply need to embrace and live within His wondrous promises and who He is ! If I could tell you of all the love and mighty works of our precious Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, although there was not enough room in ‘the Inn’ for the most miraculous birth for the King of kings over two thousand (2000) years ago in the town of Bethlehem, I can say with all fullness that there is not enough days left in my life to express and capture all of my songs and books of praise to Him for what He accomplished for me, for us.
