Introduction – The “Secret” That’s Been in Plain Sight
For years, millions have been fascinated by The Secret—the idea that you can shape your life through your thoughts, attracting success, love, and wealth simply by focusing on them. It sounds profound, almost mystical.
But here’s the truth: what The Secret describes is not a secret at all.
The real power of attraction was never an impersonal energy or a cosmic vibration—it was always the Spirit of God responding to faith.
The world calls it manifestation; Scripture calls it alignment.
Faith isn’t positive thinking—it’s obedience and surrender.
When you seek first His Kingdom, everything else begins to align because the Source of all life begins to flow through you.
This is The Open Secret: a revelation that replaces pressure with peace and effort with grace.
The power is not in the universe—it’s in the presence of God.

CHAPTER 10 — THE JUDAS WITHIN
There was a season when everything I touched seemed to prosper.
The business was strong, the team solid, the momentum unstoppable. It felt like everything I had prayed for was finally unfolding.
Then came a question that changed everything.
A family member asked if he could come work for me.
He had passion, hunger, and potential. I wanted to help him grow—so I brought him in.
Trust grew quickly. I gave him more access, more freedom, more opportunity. Before long, he wasn’t just an employee—he was family in the business.
But behind the scenes, cracks began to form. Clients grew impatient. Confusion spread. Problems appeared that he always seemed ready to “fix.” He had a way of making himself look like the hero.
Then came his next big idea: day trading.
He said it would grow the business faster. I tried it briefly, but the Holy Spirit whispered, “This isn’t for you.” It felt like gambling, not wisdom. I walked away—but I didn’t stop him.
That was my mistake.
Later, money went missing from the account.
When I asked questions, the answers didn’t add up.
Eventually, everything came to light.
He had been quietly funneling company funds into personal trades, losing it, then covering lies with more lies.
When I confronted him, his words cut deeper than the loss itself:
“I could have taken that money anyway—you didn’t pay me enough.”
It wasn’t just theft—it was betrayal.
And betrayal doesn’t come from enemies.
It comes from people who once said, “I love you.”
I told him, “The vengeance will be God’s.”
He looked at me and said, “I’m not afraid.”
That moment shattered me.
Not because of the money, but because I realized how dark a heart can grow without the fear of the Lord.
I sat in my car and broke down. I wasn’t broke—but I was broken.
Yet in that silence, God whispered,
“You don’t need to recognize this—I’m rebuilding it.”
And suddenly I understood.
I wasn’t being punished—I was being prepared.
I wasn’t being buried—I was being planted.
Like Job, I learned that faith isn’t proven in prosperity—it’s proven in perseverance.
Forgiveness became my turning point.
When I said, “I forgive him,” it wasn’t for his sake—it was for mine.
That moment unlocked healing.
I saw that even Judas had a place in God’s plan.
Jesus was betrayed with a kiss—and still forgave.
My pain became revelation.
I realized that sometimes God allows betrayal to expose what can’t go with you into the next season.
He removes what you would never remove yourself.
It was never about loss—it was about alignment.
The deeper He dug, the higher He was preparing to build.

The Open Secret isn’t about attraction—it’s about transformation.
It’s about how God turns pain into purpose and loss into alignment.
When you stop chasing what you think you need and start trusting who He is, you discover the real law of attraction:
Christ in you, the hope of glory.
