God said “Let there be Light” and light appeared. Bright, shining light lit up the sky. So bright in fact that staring into it would cause you to go blind.. “The light He called Day and the dark He called Night” Do you see God? 1 John 1:5 God is light! Have you ever tried to walk outside on a dark night? Or needed a flashlight to see? Walking in the dark could cause us to stumble or hurt ourselves. Light protects us from what we can’t see in the dark. The light is a reminder that God wants what is best for us. When we walk in His light we can trust that we are safe.
