As I opened my eyes almost a day later, I was in a small, cold, white room. My purse and belongings were at my feet. It had a clean fresh pine smell. I felt no pain. I felt normal and strong. I was a little chilly. My hospital gown was on me. A supernatural peace permeated the room. I felt a human presence. I was in a little room with bookshelves on two walls, a chair and a wooden table, which I was laying on. I was in a Catholic hospital. I looked up to see a priest in a long brown hooded robe praying over me. His hands were folded together with his head bowed fervently over me. His dark brown hair was peeking out as he prayed silently with great concentration. His eyes were closed. Suddenly his large dark brown eyes met mine with shock and astonishment. He looked like he had just seen a ghost! His face turned white. He jumped up and ran out of the room without a word. I never saw him again. I knew I had died. I knew that somehow his prayers and mine had moved the hand of God. I dressed quickly and grabbed my purse and belongings. I joyfully bounced out of the room to see the nurses like a fitness star. I inquired about the name of the priest. The nurses told me I died in the operating room after three surgeons had pronounced me dead. An abscess had burst on my right ovary which had poisoned my whole body. They had to take all my female organs, gall bladder, and appendix. They were not able to function because of all the poisonous infection. My heart stopped when the infection reached my heart. All three surgeons gave up all hope on me. I had no heartbeat or breath for over an hour. I knew God had a divine purpose for my life. I knew it was a miracle I was alive! I thanked God in prayer for a whole day. They told me priest was Father Jerome from the monastery in Pueblo, Colorado about two hours south of us. I knew it was his prayer and mine that had moved the hand of God to heal me. No, I didn't have an out of body experience or see heaven or have a vision like many do have. I did see a brilliant, great white light and felt a peaceful presence that was not normal. All I can say is that I felt the power of God. I saw one of the surgeons a day later in Kmart. He did not recognize me at first. He kept starring at me. He said, “Are you that woman that died on the table?” I said, “Yes sir.” He said, “Why are you alive? You should be dead.” I looked at him intently with great emotion and said,“Only God has the power over life and death.” He had a blank stare on his face and walked away. He was frozen with shock. I knew God had heard my prayers to live. No one laid hands on me or prayed for me. I asked Him to heal me. I believed I could be healed. There are several things that block the power of God from working in a person's life besides disbelief. Examples are unforgiveness, pride, self-indulgence, doubt, or any unconfessed sin.

About the Book
This is the journey of how one woman overcame multiple attacks, accidents, death in the operating room, twelve reconstructive bone surgeries along with medical and family abuse along with homelessness several times. She explains how she applied her faith in God to bring about supernatural healing and unusual high-level technical knowledge without going to school for it. It is the story of a very sick woman who went from many hospitals, clinics and therapists, wheel chairs, walkers, canes, and crutches to complete restoration in all areas. She is currently competing in the Senior Olympics with hopes to go to the National Senior Games in 2027. She won two first place honors in swimming and Fitness Challenge in her first state competition in 2025. She has astonished her medical professionals, trainer, and everyone around her. She has inspired many people to change their lifestyle and bad habits. She seeks to help others recover from their pain and suffering through connecting with the Triune God of the Bible and using natural practictioners and methods. She shares the spiritual experiences of how divine guidance, provision, and protection came to her several times. She sheds light on how our current medical system is not focused on improving health, but rather making money off the sick. She describes several miracles she has witnessed. She has assisted many homeless people while working on the streets and with a homeless pastor. She assisted him for a year in his outdoor services in the Skid Row area of downtown Los Angeles. She has worked in her own office in a homeless church that housed and cared for the people on the streets where God called her. She worked a year directly with hardcore drug addicts and alcoholics. She has gained the respect of the city, county, and state leaders as an advocate for abused women. She shares from her own experiences how the medical and mental health system is not focused on improving health but making money off the sick. She shares her story of a very sick woman who went from many hospitals, clinics and therapists to wheel chairs, walkers, canes, and crutches to complete restoration in all areas. She shares the spiritual experiences of how divine guidance, provision, and protection came to her while fleeing for her life and surviving multiple physical attacks, homelessness, and high level fraud and theft. She survived injuries, mental, physical, and emotional abuse from the very professionals who were supposed to help her.
About the Author
The author has received an honorary Ph. D. from the Los Angeles County Mental Health Department. She was ordained in 2021. She has received recognition for her work in a homeless church from Governor Schwarzenegger. She is a grandmother and mother. She has two grown daughters. She lives in Los Angeles, California.
