About the Book
Every year people all over the world celebrate the birth of God’s Only Son, Jesus Christ. The Good News About Christmas gives a framework for the gospel of Jesus Christ for children ages five and beyond. The alphabet is the primary way of defining key Bible concepts. The twenty-six letters are in bold print with a keyword and clear definition, and a key Scripture amplifies each word. The story of Jesus’s birth and the message of His love is the main theme of the book. It has many big ideas, such as grace, sin, repentance, and eternal life, which may need the help of an adult to understand. The child can “see and say” the letter and the keyword. The colored illustrations enhance the story and will enable young children to identify the letter and keyword. They are a springboard to deeper conversations, depending on your child’s age. The Good News About Christmas is an invitation for children to not only learn about Jesus, but also the reason why He came. Our culture runs in opposition to this biblical truth. We must use whatever means necessary to capture a child’s heart with the story of Jesus’s birth and the message of His love for them because Jesus loves all the children of the world. He wants your child to know Him and love him too.
