Within these pages, we examine some of the more common objections to religion that have popped up in recent years, and we’ll deal with the cornerstones of why some folks are agnostic. Agnosticism comprises those who believe that it is impossible to know whether there is a God. In other words, those who are skeptical about the existence of God but do not bridge the gap to true atheism. For them, and the question of whether God exists, the jury is still out and not expected back any time soon. But we’ll address some of their doubts herein. Very important, too, is the chapter about Islam. Reports claim it is the fastest growing religion in the United States. For anybody thinking about converting to Islam this chapter is important, because Islam teaches that the god of Islam is the same as the God of the Bible. Remember what the Bible said about the last days… that there would be false prophets and false teachers. Thus, the comparison between Allah and the God of the Bible is easy to see since the Qur’an says to kill all non-believers while among the Ten Commandments in the Bible the word of the real God says: Do not kill. Almost anybody can reason that one out. If you can’t, then this book is a must read.

About the Book
This book seeks to debunk the naysayer’s arguments about Jesus; it decries the Big Bang Theory, atheists’ comments about the so-called empty tomb, the absurdity of the Bible Code and anything else that denigrates God and the Christian religion as we know it. In some places, it uses science, history and logic to make valid points; in others, you have to exercise a bit of faith.
About the Author
Lieutenant Colonel (Ret) Joe A. Putnam is a retired army officer, educator and author of five books. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Oklahoma with focus in biology and chemistry, and a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Oklahoma. As an enlisted man in the army, he worked in the intelligence field and held a top-secret security clearance after which he was commissioned as an airborne infantry officer. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Special Warfare School and was trained in counterinsurgency at the U.S. Naval Amphibious Warfare School. Colonel Putnam was decorated four times for heroism and twice for meritorious achievement in fifty combat flying missions.
