About the Author
Lois Riddick Growing up in a home that welcomed missionaries from around the world, Lois was especially captivated by stories of vulnerable kids in cultures other than her own. Lois is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and has participated in mission trips through Central America, Ukraine, Thailand, and Myanmar. Lois and her husband, Ed, live in Neenah, Wisconsin and have three adult children and twelve grandchildren. Through the years, they have continued the legacy of welcoming missionaries, exchange students, and friends from around the world into their home. Lois volunteers with the Wisconsin chapter of Dress a Girl Around the World. When not working for Asia Frontier Outreach–USA, you will find Lois watching her grandkids’ sporting events, playing 5 Crowns or Ticket to Ride with them, and quilting. Melissa Serra Melissa has served the ministries of Asia Frontier Outreach since 2014. God has used the experience to completely change the trajectory of her life. She holds a dual-language–focused master of divinity degree from Bethel Seminary and diligently pursues her passion for studying the Bible and helping people experience who God is through His written Word. She lives with her awesome husband, Chris, in Wisconsin and has three children, who the Lord has used to form her. She loves downhill skiing and snowboarding, water activities, and reading, but most of all, her Savior Jesus.
