Like a piece of coral lying in the sand, there’s beauty and sparkle, yet, there is more to understand. As the tide rolls in, the coral stays. Braces for the pounding of each wave. The coral sinks into the sand, barely seen, yet, God understands. This coral must sink to be placed secure. The sand around coral holds sure. Protects her from being trodden down and crushed, and never more to be found. Coral may stay there for several more days, until she is lifted from the waves. She’s then tenderly crafted into something new. A thing of beauty for many to view. A piece of coral buried in the sand. A thing of beauty that God understands. And to God…Be The Glory!

About the Book
Lyn writes what God gives her to write. She writes from personal experiences, with a simple yet unique flow and rhythm. She uses humor and deep emotion all in one poem. Lyn has a way of painting a visual picture for each of her poems. She then captures our attention and allows us to fully live in the moment of each poem. Each poem is an adventure and an inspiration. Lyn is very passionate about giving God the glory. She is excited to share these poems with you, and counts it a divine honor to do so.
About the Author
God pours into Lyn His Truth for her to share with you. Lyn’s birth name is Lynda Sue Kuns. She was born in San Antonio, Texas during her dad’s 4-year tour in the Air Force. Her parents, Clarence and Joan Kuns, then moved back to California, where Lyn lived, attended school, church, had numerous ministries, and learned about God. Lyn retired from banking in 2020 and moved with her amazing husband, Terry Pottroff, to Surprise, Arizona. Retirement suits them well and they are enjoying this new season of life. While attending a Ladies retreat, God told Lyn it is time to write for Him. Lyn has a unique style and writes with several different rhythms. Some of her writings can be read as Raps, some as stories, and some as inspirational poems. Lyn’s Bible Study gals chose her Rapper name, Coral Bling. When Lyn wants to have some extra fun, rapper mode is how she runs! Lyn is excited to share these poems with you and counts it a divine honor to do so! And to God…Be The Glory!
