"Having completed our examination of non-Christian scholars' proposals regarding the text of Ps. 22:16, the reader will undoubtedly have noticed what a large number of suggestions have been made in the past. Perhaps she or he will consider this rather large number to be an "embarrassment of riches" for the critical scholarly enterprise. In fact, it is just an embarrassment--and one that clearly demonstrates the desperate lengths to which such scholars have thought it necessary to go in order to avoid the rather obvious conclusion that Psalm 22 contains a divinely-inspired prophecy of Christ's death on the cross. Not a single one of the various critical scholars' proposals has been found to be satisfactory--even by the vast majority of critical scholars themselves. By this stage, it will have become exceptionally clear to the reader that it is precisely because of the highly unsatisfactory nature of these past proposals that the critics have felt such a strong need to provide new proposals in ever greater abundance. And, of course, the result has been an extraordinarily large number of increasingly-desperate scholarly attempts to explain away the plainly-inspired prophecy which is found in Psalm 22. With literally all of these explanations having been found to be seriously wanting, it is fully apparent that the traditional Christian interpretation of this psalm's oracle stands without any serious challengers."

About the Author
Jordan Moar has an Honours Psychology Degree which had been upgraded from a previous non-Major Degree and also a Four-Year Religious Studies Degree. He has put tens of thousands of hours into researching and writing this book over a thirty-eight year period.
