About the Author
Maxine Mashburn, believer in Jesus Christ, wife, mother, grandmother, and English teacher, spent fourteen years capturing the exceptional life of her husband and evangelist, Dr. Charles Mashburn in his biography. She graduated from Jacksonville State University and completed graduate work at Vanderbilt University and the University of Florida.
During her thirty four years as an English teacher, Maxine taught at Gadsden High School and Gadsden State Community College in Gadsden, Alabama. She also had the privilege and joy of investing in the lives of her four grandchildren by homeschooling each in the humanities.
