About the Author
Patricia A. Carpenter is a retired elementary and special education teacher. After suffering a minor stroke in June 2022, she was able to write poetry with ease, a gift she attributes to the grace of God. To date, Patricia has written over sixteen hundred poems and has published a rhyming alphabet book. She and her husband, Chris, have two grown children and three grandchildren. They live in Aztec, New Mexico.
