About the Book
The Fundamentals of Fatherhood Playbook, also known as the “Playbook”, is a program that provides strategies and resources to support fathers’ engagement with their teen sons. The Playbook allows fathers to communicate with sons about what it means to be a man and a father, good decision-making as it relates to health, relationships, sexual health, and overall adolescent health.
About the Author
Dr. Dortch is the CEO of Good Deeds Now which provides assistance, advice, and consultation to the public and private sectors on problems which significantly effect families with children from the use of alcohol and other drugs, domestic violence, mental health disorders, teen pregnancy and HIV/AIDS. Dr. Dortch is currently the developer of a curriculum entitled, Fundamentals playbook for fatherhood and adolescent.
