I’ve been told many times it’s difficult to accept death. And understand God’s will and purpose in our life. This has never been truer, than after the passing of a parent or loved one. Everything I learned as a child and experienced as an adult changed.
After our mother’s death my:
Mind, heart and soul grieved for the mother I loved.
Belief in God changed, from him having all power to having no power.
Belief and truth in God turned to anger.
Faith in God passed away with my mother.
Her only suffering was being unable to see or, talk to her family before her death. Two years after her death, I began to see the weakness of my faith. I served God as an usher for years and, prayed daily for his grace, mercy and love in my life. But when I look back, I see good words and actions but a weak faith in God.

About the Book
Where would we be without our mothers? The loving women who not only gave us life, and took care of us as babies. Our mothers were unknown to us during our birth and childhood. We challenged her during our teenage years. But, after her death we miss her dearly, now that she has left this world to be with our loved ones and God.
About the Author
I have worked as a building engineer for over twenty-four years. While working as a building engineer, I attended Eastfield College. I completed my Technician 1 / EPA certification. Plus, received welding certification in FCAW, MIG. After accepting my current building engineer position, I met Tina Jenkins, the wife God and my mother wanted me to share my life with. After fourteen years of marriage, our love for each other is as strong today as it was fourteen years ago when we worked together.
In A Mother’s Touch, I talks about a son and family that not only showed love and respect to their mother while she lived. But, honored her every wish during her illness and before her death. The letters in my book are written to my sisters, mother, father, wife, and friends. My spiritual letters talk about our mother’s love and sacrifices to her family. After her death my mother’s spiritual touch allowed me to say to her family and loved ones what she wanted to say before she left this side.
