Becky Anne Linskey finished this book while living in Pennsylvania with her husband and 8-year-old daughter. She loves Jesus and being outside celebrating His creation. This book was started in Canyon Lake, Texas. One of her favorite verses was, Zephaniah 3:17 which says, "The LORD your God is with you, He is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing." NIV 1984.

A lovely and very touching story with simple and engaging illustrations. A poignant legacy of a mother for her child. I especially admire the faith she had to pursue her music, with God as her literal eyes and ears. Winsome and wonderful. What follows is her invitation to know that same God through Jesus Christ. Truly a must read for any age person with an open heart and mind. It's worth it to pay for shipping. My book was shipped free, but folded in half.

Young readers can relate to the simple lines of illustration and text of this book. It describes a simply comforting day shared by a child and mother, but their biggest comfort comes in their shared love of the Savior. I was encouraged when I read about the author’s trials and how strong she was in overcoming them.
