In achieving her childhood dream as a Catholic Church organist, Eva’s life was deeply rooted in sacred service for 30 years. But behind the hymns and harmonies, she endured deep wounds—cuts and scars left by the very institution she served.
When her three decades of service abruptly ended, she was jobless, desperate, vulnerable, and faced an unexpected midlife crossroads. In her search for healing and purpose, she turned to Jesus Christ, and He led her somewhere she never thought she’d go.

About the Author
Eva Gelini received her BA in Liturgical Music from Southern Illinois University, where she studied organ, piano, voice, and religion. As a liturgical music director, Eva dedicated over 30 years to music ministry, serving more than 100 churches across the United States. She has more than 2000 services to her credit and has directed more than thirty-five choirs, ensembles, and cantor programs.
