Which Is It— Once Saved, Always Born-Again?

Pondering and following what I continue to hear from many modern-day believers who profess to be born-again Christians have made for numerous restless nights, a long journey, and a worrisome era in my life, especially because these people are still living in perpetual sin. Continuing to live in darkness without acknowledging that deception affects all of Christendom and is a complicated issue that requires effectual, fervent prayer and a wake-up call to help set our acts right. Professing Christians with worldly lifestyles, pollute and corrupt (Hosea 9:9; Isaiah 1:4; Galatians 6:8; Genesis 6:12; Deuteronomy 31:29) the servants of God with godly intentions. They assume that they are born-again with the misconception of not comprehending, what it really means to be a born-again Christian. I have met with many of these folks, and they consider themselves to be saved and sanctified followers of Christ. And yet they are still entirely dependent on earthly, temporal things. According to 2 Corinthians 4:18, “While we look not at the things which are seen, but the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.” Despite these warnings, we are not hearing or slowing down to listen. The above-mentioned beloved people have no intention of reverting to the Lord.
