Music has the power to not only change ourselves, but to change the world. What if we allowed it to be used in the way it was meant to be? We read different stories throughout the Bible of how music was used in battles as well as how it was used to find rest when someone was anxious or stressed. Music has the power to shape our emotions as well as how we respond and act in life. It can do this and so much more! What if we allowed music to heal our land? What if music is the key to changing the world?

About the Author

Joel Barron is the Associate & Worship Pastor at Starkville Church of God (Starkville, MS) where he and his wife, Reianna serve in various ministries across different age spans. He holds a bachelor's degree in Music Education and a master's degree in Marriage and Family Studies along with over twenty years of experience in leading worship across the world. Joel's influences stretch globally. He has served in mission work training and teaching in the area of music, worship and counseling. Joel and Reianna are the proud parents of Micah, Gabriella and Jeremiah.
