About the Book

The Lord showed me in a vision of the ministry I was in at the time. I saw the leader having favorites in the church building. Picking whom they chose to pour into. They would come up against the other sheep. The Vision then switched and I was in great pain in my body. The Lord then walked up behind me and began to rub my back and I sighed with great pain. He then said to me you are going to be ok, that's just the pain from the misuse of the rod. I woke up from the vision sad and broken hearted towards my leader. I began to question God, “God why would they (Leaders) hurt us like this? I gave my tithe and offerings, I'm always there when they need me, I pray for my leaders, I go wherever they go out of obedience. Why would they hurt us like this? The Lord began to show me many leaders that is leading with a Pharoah-like spirit. Ruling instead of leading without love, leading with harshness and pride and with an unteachable spirit. Many ask the questions, "Why do we see so much hurt in the body of Christ?” That's a great question. Let’s first look at this from a psychological standpoint. When we assess leaders that rule with an iron fist or mistreat the Body of Christ; there are a few things I would like to bring to your attention although this list can be a bit extensive, we will stick to just a few of them. CHILDHOOD HURT; some leaders enjoy hurting other people. This usually stems from a disturbed and potentially abusive childhood. They may act out things that took place towards them and in return become the abuser. Now what does that look like in the body. They knowingly or sometimes unknowingly began to PREY upon the vulnerable lambs. They began to quote unquote take the new and young disciples under their wings to groom them. Now the practice of manipulation is taking place, while this leader behind closed doors is manipulating the vulnerable into trusting them. We understand that many are called, but only a few are chosen. We fail to realize that the moment you hear the call, it is your responsibility to RESPOND! The question is, how are you responding? Once we say yes to the call, assignment or commission, there is no turning back. We are born with talents and gifts to share with the world, and they will always be with us because it's free, but the Anointing will Cost you MUCH!!!! If you know that you were called out by the Father, you must understand that it will not be a walk in the park. Let's make that clear now. It will cause you to experience many heartaches, tragedies, triumphs, Victories, and much growth to get you to where you need to be to complete the assignment. This is a road that many struggles to walk. We sometimes hear and answer the call, but with no understanding that the Lord will require more from us to walk in authority; he has given us without compromise. The Father is looking for us to Obey him. Jesus said, "I do what I see my Father do, and we are to do the same. Not the way we think or feel. The Father knows we need to be prepared for what he has called us to do. Think about it. When we apply for a position at a company, we present a resume that lists different employers and jobs. The Manager then looks over it to consider if we qualify for the work. It may acquire you to have a certain level of education, experience, and skills in order to qualify for the position and do the job effectively. That's what the Anointing will require. IT WILL COST YOU!!!

She is an AirForce Veteran and owner of a Mental Health Practice as well as the founder of a Non-Profit Agency "Restore Assemble Produce" .As a child she operated in the prophetic heavily as God revealed his will for her, through visions and encounters with him. Holy Spirit took her through a process of teaching her one on one, she often calls this, School of the Holy Spirit. Growing up, she always felt alone, seeing things that no one else can see, attacks in her room at night until she was afraid to fall asleep. Going to church hearing and seeing things that didn't line up with God's word, but who do you turn to when you are just a child and afraid to correct an adult. LaTasha endured many things on this journey, she was always courageous to go against the norm. It wasn't until her transition from Georgia to Seattle, Washington when the Holy Spirit spoke to her and said "YOU ARE MY SENT ONE". Going to a region that was considered the most "Unchurched State". It was then that she understood all the training and experience she endured that it was for a time such as NOW! The Holy Spirit spoke to her through the book of Ezekiel, telling her "do not be afraid of their faces or their words, these are people that suppose to know me, but they are a rebellious house.
