About the Book
Core beliefs are our most deeply held assumptions about ourselves, the world and others. When we have faulty core beliefs, we see the destructive impact they can have in our thought processes, behaviors and relationships. When we identify these core beliefs, we are able to begin the corrective work of creating a belief system that is healthy and serves us and our relationships well. Macee’s personal and professional work in identifying faulty core beliefs to find healing and freedom is what fueled her passion to create this journal. “I Am Worthy” lays the foundation for core belief work by allowing us to uncover our faulty core beliefs and find health and resilience rooted in the truth God created us to walk in.
