In our walk with Jesus, we might sometimes spy certain pastures that look greener than the one the LORD is leading us to and we might want to stop and graze instead of continuing to follow the LORD’s leading. Some of us can testify to that happening in our lives . We find ourselves in situations that we know deep in our hearts is not exactly the place we should be., but we linger anyway and continue to graze because everything looks just as green and the grass tastes so sweet. “ Can the LORD do any better?”, is our voiceless question and the answer is “Yes He can”. He knows the quality of every grass in the field because He is the Omniscient One.

Most believers want to grow in their faith toward God but face so many challenges that they are left wondering whether it’s all worth it. Through an in-depth look at the twenty-third psalm, this study shows that—contrary to the usual derogatory usage—being a sheep does not mean someone is mindless; in fact, sheep are very mindful of who they follow. As Jesus’s sheep, we experience an awesome relationship with God through Him. We experience numerous blessings as we follow Him; we are consecrated unto Him and able to fellowship with our Father through Him. In short, we have all things that pertain to life and godliness through Him, and all we have to do is believe and follow Him wherever He leads.
This study of the six verses of the twenty-third psalm invites you to increase your confidence in God and lift your eyes to Him as you walk on the path where He leads you.
