Victoria es casada, con solo un hijo y dos nietos, vive en el Estado de la Florida, obtuvo su educacion en el Colegio de Florida Central, es autora, capellana, cantante, y sanada de Leucemia, y sobre todo sierva de Dios. / Victoria is married to a sailor for 30 years, and also has one son who is her pastor at the present time and two beautiful grandchildren, she is a servant of God for more than 60 years in ministry, she has served in many functions such as pastor, evangelist, Chaplain for Law enforecement, she was healed of Leukemia 30 years ago. She is also an author and a singer and at the present time she has a radio program called Oasis Mañanero.
