“The tractor in the field,” guessed Polly. “The biggest one I have ever seen!”

“The barn, Polly!” Cried Ollie. “But it looks like it is about to fall down!”
“Yes, Ollie,” replied Polly, “we have to be very careful when we play here at the farm.
So many exciting things that have so much charm.
But we could get hurt if we aren’t really careful,
And everything you see here is so very special.
But it has aged and some things are starting to fall apart,
But it is all filled with memories so close to my heart.”
“Look over there, Ollie! That’s where my grandma told me they used to keep chickens!
And over there, that is where they store the grain in those big giant bins!”

About the Author
Keri Johnson always had an active imagination growing up, acting out thoroughly planned story lines while exploring her surroundings. In sixth grade, she put one of those stories on paper that ignited her desire for writing. With the encouragement of her parents, she pursued writing throughout school and decided on a career in education to help teach others what she was so passionate about and the power a story can have. She knew her dream was to write professionally and share her stories with others, and for years, Keri tossed around ideas trying to decide on one that was worth publishing. When she became a mother and was able to watch as her children grew in curiosity and creativity, she realized her greatest responsibility as a mother. She wanted to publish a book, and ultimately a series, of children exploring the world around them, asking questions, and learning about the amazing creations and unconditional love of our God. She wants to leave her children and her family a legacy using her passion to share her faith with the world, and as a result, The Adventures of Ollie and Polly were born.
