Introduction
Why is life so difficult? Are we all slowly growing insane? Perhaps it’s the lockdown, the never-ending pandemic, or the ruthlessness of others. Or maybe it’s their growing incompetence or their changing beliefs and strange ideologies. Has the entire world drifted into an alternate reality that’s beyond our worst nightmare of unmitigated evil? These are questions that will haunt us for years to come. There is an old adage that says, “…can’t see the forest for the trees,” which has led us to look at the big picture so we can see the proverbial forest or what is truly happening in the world. We are living in a world that cannot see the big picture because people are so involved in their day-to-day struggles from living in a world that seems to have lost its mind. They once called it future shock, where the world progresses at the speed of light, introducing such things as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality, and the Metaverse. So, let’s go back in time to the beginning to help us see the big picture. This will be an unforgettable journey from the creation of man in the garden to the caves in the book of Revelation to help us see what’s really happening and, more importantly, what to do about it.
From the moment humanity chose to know both good and evil, their lives have never been the same. In the book, we will follow humanity from the garden to the caves in the book of Revelation as they grapple with their new propensity to sin and its unavoidable consequences. Following close behind is the God of creation in loving pursuit. In the beginning, as mankind takes his first step out of the garden and begins to experience the harsh environment of life apart from God, dying slowly each day, he quickly realizes his greatest threat is knowing evil. In time a natural division ensues between those who call upon the name of the Lord and those who don’t. Through each epoch, in time God is pursuing humanity in love to bring them back to their original reality at the time of their creation. In the book, we will follow God, who is like a loving Father teaching and disciplining His children as they grow from infancy to adulthood. We will follow the children, in each age, as they learn their greatest lessons that sin has consequences. Then we will rejoice with the children as they reach the zenith of their faith, understand how to defeat the old sin nature, and experience the glories of their new life in Christ.
For a short time, Christians embraced their original reality from the garden and their light shined brightly among the nations. As this glorious light began to dim, the powers of darkness brought in their wise men to lead them step by step to depend on themselves to solve their many problems. As the world suffers greatly from the consequences of their sins and turning their backs on their Creator, they follow the world’s counselors, who only make matters worse. God allows humanity to slip deeper into their depravity, the consequences of their mounting sins, by sending forth one plague after another and unleashing an increase in the so-called natural disasters. Their horrendous pain is causing mass suicide, drug addiction, and unchecked lawlessness. In time Satan will introduce advanced technology to help humanity to escape their reality and enter the Metaverse. This will in the end lead them to the caves in the book of Revelation to hide from Christ coming in judgment. They soon discover that nothing can stop their devastating fear of the coming apocalypse. Only a few find their way back to the real world and their original reality, becoming once again bright lights in a dark world.
In every period from the beginning to the end, we are happy spectators of the faithful remnant learning how to come out from among them and remain separate. We are witness to the trail of blood from the first century until now, where they are unwilling to adopt the new and strange doctrines introduced to the Church by Satan. They stand firm by not following the crowd and by not touching the unclean thing. They quickly recognize the immorality in the world and turn away from it. They have learned well how to cast out evil thoughts and vain immigrations of the old sin nature. Finally, they see the great danger in the coming Metaverse explained in shocking detail, warning God’s children to beware. How marvelous it is to see their light still shining ever so brightly among fallen humanity. Yes, this is an unforgettable journey that will bring tears to your eyes as you witness God’s loving pursuit to protect His children from all that is coming upon the world. This little book is God’s prophecy about everything happening in the world and how God’s children need to stand firm by not allowing technology to take them captive.
