Children often tattle on each other and as grown-ups we're tempted to tell them to "just get along". The problem is though that they may not know how to do that. Sometimes it's appropriate to tell an adult and sometimes they need to learn how to talk through their problem with their friend. This story seeks to help them know when to tell and when to talk it out.

About the Author
Debbie Schrick (MS in education, BS in psychology) is an award-winning educator who began teaching in 1989. Debbie was named Riverside County’s “Silver Apple” award winner for 2nd grade and Teacher of the Year for her school and her district. She is the mother of four and writes from her experience with children in the classroom and at home.
Doug and Suzi met while attending art classes and shared their love of art and children’s books. They live in Illinois with their cat Gideon. This is their first book illustration collaboration.
