Dear Friend:
The Spirit of the Lord prompted me to speak to your heart today. He loves you and has a divine plan for your life. Where you have been? What you have done? do not matter. His focus is not who you are? but Who you can become. “All have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23. God sent His Son to die for your sins, and mine. Jesus was a gift from God to the world for salvation. Salvation means final and complete deliverance from all the curse, including death, if you are born again. “Man that is born of a woman is of few days, and full of trouble, he cometh forth like a flower, and is cut down. He fleeth also as a shadow, and continueth not.” Job 14:1-2. To be born again means to be an heir with a blissful eternity.
Don’t Throw In The T.O.W.E.L. will assist the faith of many to gain greater knowledge of the Lord via His Word. Knowledge is the basis for familiarity in every relationship. You cannot claim to know anyone until you gain knowledge of them. This is the same with Jesus. To grow in grace and knowledge of the Lord, you must establish a relationship with Him. We must call Him in prayer, seek His face in worship and praise Him continually. He will draw near, and you'll see He is the best to dine with in His Word and a most refreshing drink via His Spirit. He will have you tasting things you never knew existed.
Don’t Throw In The T.O.W.E.L. encourages an active prayer life. Prayer must flow bountifully and sincerely from the heart. God is not interested in psychological babbling and a fancy display of words, He wants to hear it from your heart, not your intellect. He wants to shed light on the dark corners of your heart and cleanse you from all unrighteousness. Fellowshipping with God in prayer will prove to be a major contributing factor in submitting to Him. A familiar story regarding prayer and its effect is the story of Paul and Silas, during their time in prison. “About midnight Paul, and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other: prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly there was such a violent earthquake that the foundations of the prison were shaken. At once all the prison doors flew open and everybody’s chains came loose.” Acts 16:25. The effect prayer has, can be astonishing in the lives of believers. Paul and Silas were jailed for doing the will of God. They were punished and suffered unjustly. God delivered a miraculous deliverance.
Don’t Throw In The T.O.W.E.L. Each chapter begins with the author's poetic voice. Encouraging many to experience total victory on our journey as a Christian. God's divine purpose to be implemented in your life via a successful walk with the Lord. It is vital during these last days to share our faith in Christ with others. Seek the Lord’s guidance. Ask for direction, as we knock in faith to carry out Christ’s mission on earth. He will be ever present to knock on the heart of those in need of salvation. Let us continue to pray one for another, in Christ Jesus. For he who promised to return is faithful and will be coming soon. We must be faithful to His work and occupy until he comes. “For yet a little while, and He that shall come will come, and will not tarry. “ Hebrews 10:37. Believe to see you in heaven someday, Friend Don’t Throw In The T.O.W.E.L. Jesus Christ is Lord.
