This is not a story with a fairy tale ending or even a happy ending.
All names and locations herein are fictitious.
I received a prophetic word in 2018—from someone who became a regular prayer partner for a year and a half—that I had written a book and would be speaking in front of women. I had an inkling of what that book would be about, having gone through the worst circumstance and most traumatic experience of my life a few years earlier. I had planned on writing a book based on it. Yet that same circumstance had me being there for someone in a way that only God orchestrates, so it didn’t seem time to write, as the “story” didn’t seem over.
Thus the journey was taken, with all the problems and pains and with the biggest lesson learned: no matter what, you have to press into God and press on! Faith is a journey. Faith is a verb.
Only God can turn a mess into a message, a test into a testimony, a trial into a triumph, and a victim into a victory.
My hope is that the traumatic experiences I went through will help someone else.
My hope is that God allows you to be used in some way.
My hope is that my own pain will help you to get through your own situation.

About the Book
Based on real life events, here comes the story of a woman wrongly accused of a crime and the difficulties she faced in the judicial system. After working through the ordeal, she went on to help a man in a similar situation, only to then be taken advantage of and lied to. This triggered emotional trauma long packed away from a lifetime of mental, emotional and physical abuse from her father. And yet, she pressed on….
About the Author
