Going Into The Deep Through Prayer

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

Any time we buy something new it comes with an owners manual, especially if assembly is necessary or the owner needs to know about special functions and features. This manual is written by the designer who made the product. Why? Because its the designer who knows his/her design better than anybody else being he/she designed it. Our Creator (God) created the Earth and all that is in the earth, with it He provided an owners manual so that those who want to navigate through life based on the Creators Will would have instructions and guidance to do so, this manual is called the Bible, the Words written in it are our manual to living. The acronym for Bible is and I quote: “Basic Instructions before leaving Earth” Meaning that if we follow the instructions of the Word, we have the ability to make our lives here on Earth prosperous. Therefore its imperative for us to know the Scriptures and to pray them. Because the Word of God is but a Lamp to our feet and a light to our path. Think about it, a lamp provides light for a small area, meaning if you look down at your feet and its dark a flashlight would give you enough light to get where you need to be, just like a night light gives you enough light to walk from one room to the next without being completely in the dark. However, there are times you need that light, because it shines bright enough to lighten a large space to allow you to see way ahead. Every day we need that lamp which is the Word of God to guide us through our daily routine, and the light is our guide to a prosperous future and everlasting life.
