Growing up in the Bible Belt, author Caroline Lanise Liggins was no stranger to the word of the Lord. God’s word has always given her the power to persevere, but she needed to reprogram her mind. Childhood trauma, teenage pregnancy, an abusive marriage, and other life woes left her with a broken spirit and negative emotions. Speaking daily affirmations, with years of practice, Liggins learned firsthand what manifestation is all about.

Caroline Lanise Liggins has always been viewed as a woman who would stop at nothing when it comes to achieving her goals. She overcame many challenges growing up in Memphis, Tennessee.
