It did not matter how much was exhumed,
The water level stayed, and flowers bloomed.
The faithful monk was extremely impressed
Holding miraculous drops to his chest.
He built a fountain to honor the Lord,
A true artwork, that shot water skyward!
All came to the spring after Sunday mass,
To sit by the pond and lie in the grass.
People traveled from all over the world,
To take pictures there, and say “God is good.”

About the Book
"The Eternal Spring" is a short, poetic story for children, but its lesson certainly wouldn't be lost on adults too. It is about the miraculous nature of creation, the joy it brings, and how it inspires us to praise God. Things take a turn, however, when just one person decides that he knows better. It's a somewhat sombre tale, but it is meant to inspire people's faith and hope in God.
About the Author
Phillip MacArthur has a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of St. Thomas. In addition to writing this book, he also writes and illustrates comics, practices and teaches jujitsu, and enjoys playing games, video or not. He is a family man with a loving wife and children.
