One day, Lisa Marie brought home a new baby goat. She named him Goatie. A few days later, the weather got really cold outside so Lisa wanted to bring Goatie inside to keep him warm. Goatie had never felt anything like this. The fire was warm and it felt so good that Goatie wanted to get closer. Goatie got too close and his tail caught fire! The fire did not feel so good anymore. Goatie ran around the room and jumped on the table. Lisa Marie threw water on Goatie to put out the fire.
“Bad goat!” said Lisa Marie.
“B-a-a-a-a-d!” said Goatie.

About the Book
This book is based on the real life stories and adventures of Lisa Marie who lives on a farm in Shannondale with a bad little goat named Goatie. From jumping on the school bus to driving a golf cart, Lisa never knows what kind of trouble Goatie is going to get into next.
About the Author
Dean grew up in the heart of Central Kentucky in rural Nelson County. Being raised in a Christian home and growing up poor, he learned early in life the value of faith, family, integrity, and hard work. His deepest devotion and highest priorities are given to his God, his wife, seven children and a growing number of grandchildren. Raising his six daughters and one son, has been the greatest and most rewarding challenge in his life.
