Your Role in Heaven
Have you ever asked God what your job is going to be in Heaven? God has given you an extraordinary job just for you! When you think about what you would love to do in Heaven, what would that be?
Do you want to be in charge of leading sailboats in Heaven down the rapids of the River of Life? Perhaps you want to sing with the Angelic Choir Tour, going from galaxy to galaxy? Or maybe you want to be Heaven’s Top Chef, baking up the best marshmallow cloud tarts? Maybe build a massive treehouse in the Tree of Life? Or become a mighty warrior in Heaven’s army?
Or maybe you want to join me in helping Heaven’s creation dream and create like never before? I mean if we can build rockets, roller coasters, make cheesecake, and soar in airplanes can you imagine what we can also create in Heaven?
My dream is to bring people, angels and all God’s creation to massive conferences that star the likes of Jesus and perhaps Michael the Archangel? Imagine Jesus and Michael conducting a conversation for more than a billion people:
Michael says in a T.D. Jake's tone, “Hey Jesus, could you send us some Angels down here? These people reading these words are changing the world and need our backup!”
Jesus replies, “Michael, you asked, and you shall receive.”
Michael exclaims, “Does my God deliver or does my God deliver?! … YES, My God delivers!” And all the angels applaud with their wings and the clouds of fireworks invading all of the Universes stars.
I believe with all my heart that our generation as a whole is meant to change the world in respects to changing our mindset to dream bigger than ever before. This comes from knowing we are meant to start living out our Heavenly callings right now, for such a time as this.
Now, if we really believe in the Bible completely and unequivocally, we need to know that it is in Jesus that we find our true unique purpose. Colossians 1:16-17 says about Jesus, “For in Him all things were created: things in Heaven and on Earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him, all things hold together.”
Jesus did not leave us without a road map! He gave us the Bible and the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us and to be our ultimate friend to guide us through life’s ups and downs and lead us to what our true Heavenly destiny is supposed to be.
My friends, it is time to think, imagine, and believe bigger than you ever have before! We are talking about the God who created whales to swim in oceans. He put tuxedos on penguins and dots on ladybugs and yes, even on Dalmatians! He even gave chameleons the ability to change colors and put dreams in your heart.
This is the time to live out our God-given dreams! Jesus said we would be doing greater things than He to display His magnificent glory to all creation (John 14:12). Therefore, let us create His dreams like never before! Jesus has huge dreams and He drops them in each of our hearts to live out for His glory.
