In 2020, in this year, Covid 19, has been happened in the entire of the world. The tiny virus which caused to change many lives and had been killed the incent people. I believe this moving shift you to alter way to accept the way it is. The truth is, all the world have the same problems and we may struggle equally with this rebellious tragedy. On the other hand, if I look at the bright side of this dilemma, this virus teaches me, who to consider, the unity, peace, and love. Covid 19, teaches me how to trust people no matter who they are black, white, yellow, and other. The main point is, if the people believe God in different ways, they would have faith by the same root and version. Covid 19, teaches me, to stay away from prejudice and discrimination.
One of my life’s long dreams coming from a psychology major is to save some money to open a nonprofit community to support the elderly who needs help with mental health disorders and disability specially in dementia and Alzheimer. I had been working on many researches in diverse categories in different age ranges. Precisely, I am interested to work on elderly I believe the most possible care and passionate can be referred to this group.
Over all, I know from every single step that I have taken in my life that I am a loving, caring and positive person that therapy is a great match to her personality. There are many contributions that I can give the society as a Physiologist. What is very important and personal to me however is I want to give what Physiology has given me to the many other lost family out there, who are desperately trying to find a way to find a purpose in their lives.
Couple years later, I lost my mother then after that the only thing left, was a guilty feeling. I was thinking of the alternative way to resolve this dilemma. Therefore, after graduated from master program in Grand Canyon University as a professional Clinical Counselor, I decided to develop my skills in different populations specially working with elderlies. I was so excited to understand what they really need in order to become a voice for them in the future.
After five years of my research regarding to the elderlies, I realized that being old means you are free of stress and you will have plenty of time to explore everything about your personal life. I guess I will tend to do that by following my dreams, I can complete my bucket list in order to bring joy and peace in my life.
My goals have indicated that to choose a flexible job as a care taker to work with the clients individually and in touch for the elderlies’ needs. I have learned how to trust and respect life to grow and achieving my success. The power of gratitude allowed me to love and to beloved. As a result, this flexible job encouraged me to communicate with people in different age ranges. This connection can help us to understand the meaning of the journey of life how to being happy in peace.
The part of the summary of the story, is about the author’s family. The grandmother of her children, sacrificed her life for her family, I wish I could have learned from Alison to give myself love and kindness instead. As life goes on, the more you have potential, the more you can make a difference in the way you live. However, I accepted, that, life is full of choices, and I am responsible to my decisions by taking conscious decisions.
Living in the moment can help you to aim the inner peace and allows you to feel positive vibrations. It is just a practice to keep adding meditation in your daily basis. By doing mediations you can provide your readiness toward a simple and a meaningful life. Truly, your level of the creativities could be increase. Then, your mind gradually becomes clarify and positivity can be replaced to receive the new dimensions of wisdom.
Life is short, it is not worth it to be resentful over some problem. We cannot judge anyone. We may understand and live people the way they are we cannot change them. However, you may change the way you are and probably you will be a good role model for them if they like to change. If you want to take a break and taking a final decision got to travel. In the travel you are relax and have time to think about your plan and goal in the future. You will meet new people, “you learn and teach at the same time” over all it is a good experience.
The power of gratitude can definitely work the same. The more, you being grateful the more you will be received things. Every night when I go to bed, I will say, thank you, thank you, and thank you for everything you have done for me during
the day.
Relationship: certainty, by this new attitude you would find the loved one who has a great spirit, to support you like the best buddy, makes you laugh, and live with you for better, for worse, for poorer and richer. Someone who loves and care about you. The one who standing by your side to catch you before you fall.
This is my opinion, I hope you are agreed with me, love yourself, be honest, be positive, believe in yourself, doing exercise, treat others as treating yourself, if you are happy or upset, visit the nursing home or a cemetery. Appreciate the nature while you are walking. The power of gratitude is very important.
Practicing of selfcare: If you are tired of going to grocery store, you could make it fun for yourself, set up the time and make a list what you really need to buy, put away a certain money for the grocery. When you touch the fruits, or any products, just think about their taste and freshness. You can appreciate the nature and the people who are working so hard to bring the great quality of their products into the store to convene your taste and satisfaction.
This is very important, how to care about yourself and love yourself. I believe, love is approbation, the world, Love helps us to brings, inner peace, compassion and a power of abundance. Every night when you want to closed the chapter for your day, just do the self-hygiene, Sometimes, I cannot to sleep right away, it takes time, but I bring the oil or a lotion to massage my feet while I am closing my eyes for 2 minutes, then you can have magnesium powder one tea spoon add to a cup of hot water and drink it. You go to sleep like a baby. All the single people over fifty intent to be alone in their lives. Because they get used to it to choose this type of life style and they are not able to trust people. The good news is when you start loving and taking care of yourself.
Slowly, the power of gratitude can allow you to become a loveable person and concerning about the people who live around you. Then, you can capable to beloved and love someone. When you are optimistic and open to the different aspects, then you will be able to meet the positive people who make you happy and understanding every move you would do in your mind. That is why we tell each other, we have chemistry or click to each other because of the natural frequency of vibrations.

About the Book
After my divorce, I felt free and reborn, I wanted to explore a new of me, I became friendly with my inner child, I wanted to meet new Yeganeh to know her, and to see her power. I wanted to see, how she can deal with her new life., if she was able to stand up for her rights and being able to take care of herself. She wants to tell her story, the story about love, passion, and unity. Yeganeh wants to evaluate herself and remembering her power to stay strong. Perhaps, she could be swearing to herself never give up on her tough life. The author believes that, life is like a rough school. Based on the abilities and our talents, we may enhance the creativities to understand that what types of skills we can learn to better fit in the society. In order to move forward for the better life. On the other hand, the self-love, value, and respect, could be important for a living in this universe. Most part of this book is operated as a flash back method. Based on my true life and belief system. During these years, it was my choice to surround myself with positive people to be able to growth with them. My story could tell you, how to be open to other cultures and ethnicities.
About the Author
The author, was born and raised in Iran. In 1989, she and her husband came to the United States, with their 4 years twin sons and settled in Chicago. As an American citizen, she moved to southern California in 1993. She received her master degree of Psychology from the Grand Canyon University. The Author, currently lives in Laguna hills California, and is practicing as a Marriage Family Therapist.
