DAY 17 Affirmation
I am impeccable with my words.
If all the world was love
And fear we never knew
We'd never speak a hurtful word
Because love is always true
Meditation
Let us only speak the language of love. Our words carry so much power, they can lift others up or tear them down. We can bless or curse people with our words. We already know that when we have belief in the words spoken to us, like a seed well-watered by our thoughts, it will begin to manifest in our life either for the good or the bad. We therefore must be careful with both our self and others and speak only blessings of life and truth. Those who love and trust us take to heart the things we say, our words are seeds and once in the heart, they manifest into the outer. If we say harmful things in anger or to hurt someone we love, the damage could be deadly. It can make a person believe lies about themselves that go against the truth of God. This is how sickness, disease, mental health issues and self-hatred begins. Our loved ones should not have to guard their hearts against us, they should be free to trust and be open with us and trust us to speak blessings over them. We can look back and recognize where the words we have heard throughout our own life have caused us to be cursed. These seeds planted in our hearts may have grown into "demons" that torment us. We can now undo this damage by calling forth Gods healing love to show us the inner work we must do to transmute these manifestations. Overcoming fears and old beliefs that have harmed us is the key to embodying love for ourselves and others. Pieces of our soul can get fragmented from unresolved trauma. When we experience trauma as a child that never resolves, our mind forms detrimental beliefs which can cause sickness, disease and chaos in our life. As we open and seek healing, old wounds will surface. Situations in our life often trigger these wounds in us that stem from hidden hurts. This is our clue from God of the need for healing and deliverance from false beliefs. When a feeling of pain or defensiveness arises in us, we can set aside time to contemplate and trace the feeling back to the first time we ever felt it. When we reach the root of old wounds, we have a chance to release unhealed emotions by allowing the truth to come forth. What lie or false belief did this trauma convince us of? We can now look at the root belief that caused us to live against the truth of who we are. Let us use the power of spoken word to replace these lies with the truth that sets us free.

About the Book
This book is a tool to help facilitate the healing and restoration process that ultimately God brings forth. A sacred healing means God is guiding the process. We are living in amazing times as God is dismantling all destructive programming imposed on the minds of humanity. Living under the influence of these programs has caused so much chaos and trauma. There is historical, generational and personal trauma that is impacting the way we live life. As more people wake up spiritually, the need for healing is crucial. These deep seeded programs that keep us in bondage must be recognized so that our God given true nature can emerge. We are beings of God’s love and light. Anything not aligned with Gods love is against the intended design of humanity and therefore will cause discord. Just like a fish must live in water according to its nature, we to need to live according to the nature God designed for us.
About the Author
Rachelle Kinney is a prophetic writer and holistic healer from St. Paul, Minnesota. She began her studies of the healing arts in 2003 with a focus on holistic healing, and she has worked with many healing modalities over the years. She has a deep passion for prophetic intercession as well as healing and deliverance ministry, and her desire to see humanity heal drives her life. Rachelle began writing prophetically at the age of seventeen; her writings center around spiritual healing. The meditations in this book were originally given to her through the Holy Spirit to assist in her own sacred healing. Having gone through a seven-year healing and restoration period, she was inspired to share what was gifted to her. She also does work in home health care. She brings her experience in healing to help her clients have quality of life, while remaining in their home environment. Rachelle enjoys the blessing of frequent time spent with her grandchildren.
