On the waters of the deep blue sea
I vision a sailor on bended knee
Asking his father up above
To embrace this complicated situation
Like the pureness of a dove
Though we aren't able to see amidst
We ask you lord for your heavenly bliss
If lord you have other plans for us
Help us to accept what we must
For sailors aboard young and old
Let not one story go untold
God be with all involved
Let not one problem go unsolved
When every situation again is at peace
Let us give thanks and embrace our soul's lease

About the Author
It's always been a dream of mine to write. I was blessed with the talent at the age of seventeen when I wrote my very first poem titled "The First Poem I Ever Wrote" included in the book .I have gone to school to get my associates degree in writing. I have received several accomendations from Barnes and Noble, Dorrance Publishing and Poetry.com and editors choice awards for outstanding achievement in poetry. All of my poems are well thought then put together with rhyme poems in the book come from true events that happened throughout my life. I continue writing today and hope to for many more years.
