A blanket of snow covered the fields as Dad drove across the countryside. Mom rode on the front bench seat with Dad while my two sisters and I sat in back. Like a story forming in my mind I began to imagine the events soon to unfold."

About the Book
Waking up to a snow-coverd landscape only added to the excitement she felt. Christmas at her grandparents’ farm was a day she looked forward to every year, but this one held an unexpected turn.
About the Author
Tammie has loved reading since she learned to read Jack and Janet in 1st grade. Her love for books prompted her to choose a set of books for Christmas at the age of nine and she still has that set of Jr Classic Books almost 50 years later. She has worked with children as a Preschool teacher and a fourth and fifth grade teacher. She has also taught Sunday school and enjoyed her time as a church camp counselor. She loves reading stories and making them come alive for children.
