COULD I?
Could I take tomorrow- fresh and new-
And make it better than today?
So when it’s gone into the past-
No loss be found along the way?
Could I leave a part of me
To help a fellow man?
Could I lift anothers’ load-
With just a helping hand?
Could I make days brighter-
By willing tasks I’ve done?
So when I’m gone, I’ll leave behind-
Lasting hope perhaps to one?
Could I?---with God’s help, I’ll try

About the Book
Poetic Joy is put into three sections. Christian Echoes is about the life of a Christian. Echoes from Heaven are words that would soften the grief if you could hear from a loved one who just passed away. The Listening Heart is a collection of poetic prayers for various circumstances.
About the Author
She has always enjoyed writing and poetry was her favorite. She has kept all of those writings since she was twelve which was a lifetime of sharing her thoughts and working with words that rhyme. Many requests for her poetry for birthdays, anniversaries and memorials to be put to obituaries. She is 91 years young and her love for writing keeps her busy and happy.
