Book Cover & Preview Text
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. (Jeremiah 29:11)
This study will focus on knowing God’s will for our lives. God has a plan for our lives. He wants to use us to accomplish his will on earth. The question is, how do we know what God’s plan is for our lives? The first thing to do to know God’s will for us is to know him.
Read Romans 10:9. What two things does verse 9 say we must do to be saved?
1. ______________ with my _______________________, “Jesus is Lord.”
2. _______________ in my _____________________ that God raised him from the dead.
Verse 10 says that with our heart, we _________________________________ and are ___________________________. With our mouths, we _______________________________________ and are __________________.
Write John 10:27 in your own words.
What does this verse have to do with our knowing God’s will for our lives?
The book is a 30 day self reflective, interactive and thematic bible study based on it’s sister book Digging Deeper: the Devotional. A few of the themes addressed are “fear, God’s presence in time of trouble, why worry and trusting God.” It is designed to encourage the reader, to enhance their christian walk and to apply the bible to their life.
