Here I am, Lord; mold me and make me; use me for Your glory; manifest Your will through me. It is through You that I live and move and have my being [Acts 17:28]. Flow through me, Holy Spirit; not stagnant and still, but stir up the fallow ground in me so that Your “rain” will saturate me and water the seeds that You have sown in me. Deep roots taking hold in my soul, growing like a tree planted by the rivers of living water [Psalm 1:3]. Producing the fruits of Your Spirit, so that all may partake and “be full to the rim and brim.” Nourish and flourish in me, Lord, that the weeds of doubt may be choked away and the symptoms that I feel may blow away like the white petals of a dandelion in the summer air. I am ready, Lord. Hear my call.

About the Book
Over a period of forty days, a 51-year-old African American woman living within a Pentecostal-Holiness faith tradition journals her quest for what she describes as divine health and wholeness while living with a terminal illness.
About the Author
Joy Marlena Lambe, an African American woman living within a Pentecostal-Holiness faith tradition, was diagnosed with inoperable cancer in 2002. She tran-sitioned on May 3, 2018 at age 53. In March-May 2015, in her quest for what she called divine health and wholeness, she wrote a 40-day journal based on the book by Freeda Bowers Give Me 40 Days for Healing. These journal entries comprise Finding Joy.
