About the Book

This book is to help to remind people to see God everywhere-that He is all around us-He never leaves us-we are never alone-He helps us live all our dreams-this book is to help to remind people to see the Light of the Lord. The words for this book come from a song inspired in the Redwoods-kids can sing along to the words as they enjoy the beautiful illustrations. Kids can download the music and listen to the song as they enjoy the beautiful moments of their lives.

About the Author

Avi Gardner

Avi is an artist, singer and songwriter, author and public speaker. She loves life and loves inspiring others to reach their full potential. She went through unspeakable things and shares the Light that gave her the way out. Avi taught for over 13 years, physics, science and at a wilderness therapy program for at-risk youth. Avi bicycled to Alaska and backpacked through Europe and Central and South America. Like many thrivers, Avi moves with courage. She loves gardening, ultra-running, being outside and martial arts. She is grateful to the Light that saves her and helps her reach her dreams. She lives in Northern California.

Karen Hinojosa

As a mom, teacher and artist Karen Hinojosa grew up loving to draw and passed that passion on to her three children, all creative artists in their own right. While continuing a career as an educator (and her children grown), she has found her way back to the art that brought her so much joy when she was young. Fulfilling her dream of illustrating children's books, Karen is honored to share her passion once more with this, her first publishing work. Currently living in San Jose, California with her husband (and lover of her life) of more than thirty-four years, Karen also enjoys singing, movies, nature, gardening, and travel.
