Bertha Hall is an educator. She has taught for over thirty years in various grade levels. Bertha has been married to Pastor Curtis Hall for thirty years. She has worked by the side of her husband to provide counselling for potential married couples. Bertha holds a Masters in Education and a Masters in Organizational Leadership.
