About the Book
This is an educational book for children 4 to 8 years old, which is introducing the young audiences to backyard birds. Simplicity of the book is intentionally chosen in order to leave space to observation of different kind of birds. This book is designed to inspire learning and to bring back love for birds.
About the Author
Matea Dickey has shown an interest in birds when seeing birds photographs from a neighbor. Since then, her desire was to take photos of birds herself. Matea was amazed with their unique designs and colors. This way, she learned more about them and later started to paint them under instructions of a local artist, Svetlana Krasnova. Matea wanted to share her love about birds particularly with little children and wrote this book. Matea lives in Texas with her sibling and parents.
