Almost Divorced

If you wake up one day and suddenly your voice is gone, can your spouse speak for you? If you go out to a restaurant, can your spouse order your meal? Could they go out and buy you an outfit? Can they take care of you without you being able to say a word? Would your spouse know without a shadow of a doubt that you love them without you being able to say a word? If your answer to any of these questions is no, why not? The only person that should know you better than your spouse is God. Your spouse is your fine piece of art. You should know all the cracks and nicks your spouse possess because you understand that each one makes your spouse more valuable. The more knowledgeable you are of these imperfections, the more confidence your spouse will have in their value to you. How can you love me if you do not even know me? How can you love me if you are not always studying me and learning me? Sit down and ask yourself, “Why did I get married?” This question is not to spawn reasons to get out but to get better and do better.
